How do I determine the right size for my MUK LUKS?
Most of our footwear is available in whole sizes only. If you are a half size, we generally recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit, especially when wearing socks.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please use our online portal to initiate your return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
How should I care for my knit products?
To keep your MUK LUKS looking their best, we recommend hand washing in cold water with mild soap and laying them flat to dry. Avoid using bleach or high heat in the dryer.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental U.S. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to reach our international fans in the future.
