We want you to love your MUK LUKS, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that a standard shipping fee may be deducted from your refund for items sent back through our online portal.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the reason for your return and generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn MUK LUKS in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
